Part of the same team
Every position is part of the same production team. We need people who show up on time, work safely, communicate clearly, care about quality, and help their coworkers. Experience is helpful, but a good attitude, steady effort, and a willingness to learn are important in every role.
Some jobs require standing for long periods, working around production equipment, and lifting or moving metal parts. The exact duties and physical requirements depend on the position.
