What you’ll do
- Prepare parts for coating by checking cleanliness, masking areas, and hanging or racking parts correctly.
- Apply powder coating evenly and according to the work order.
- Help move parts through the coating and curing process.
- Inspect finished parts for coverage, color, texture, and other quality requirements.
- Keep the work area, spray equipment, racks, and tools clean and ready for the next job.
- Work with preparation, blasting, and shipping team members to keep jobs moving.
What you’ll bring
- Pay attention to details and take pride in the finished product.
- Can follow work orders, safety rules, and coating procedures.
- Are willing to learn how different powders, parts, and finishes behave.
- Communicate problems early and help the team correct them.
